Registrars Allowing Transfer of Expired Domains

I was able to transfer a domain away from *Fabulous.com* which had been expired for more than 36 days. Now that's what I call complying with ICANN regulations. Thanks Fabulous.com I know that if you start the transfer before expiry at *eNom.com*, they allow the transfer. I haven't tried...
