RTSP request in Python

Hello, I want to create a client in python that receives mpeg4 stream from an IP camera. I was wondering if there is any rtsp library for python that i can use to send a rtsp request to the server? I'm just starting to learn python, so your help is deeply appreciated! Thanks!
