Browser for slower connection

My internet connection is slower, its dial up. I am using firefox. It really works faster for slower connection. But in some program, automatically IE opens & it is very slow. Even if i am trying to close ie, it is not closing. What might be the problem you think? _____________ dental marketing...

It may be browser settings problem or your internet connection problem . To check your internet speed, use Scanmyspeed.com . Do you want to increase your browser speed , use the following steps :
Uninstall toolbars
Disable toolbars and extensions directly from your browser
Clear browsing cache and cookies
Reset your browser settings
