Domain all of a sudden gets tons of traffic

I have the domain Clinical/Weight/Loss(Dot)com parked at sedo and all of a sudden it got some sort of traffic surge. It normally gets 1, 2, or 3, 4 at most visits per day. All of a sudden starting on the 13th it got 66 visits, then the 14th 99 visits, then the 15th 224 visits, and now the 16th...
