That's how Snapnames makes money: Backorders after 1 year without notification

Back in July 2008 I backordered a domain at snapnames.com and they were unsuccessful (as a consequence the backorder auction should have been closed and the domain removed). Pool successfully backordered the domain for me. One year later I let the domain expire. Last week I receive a mail...
