Why don't my URLs get indexed?

Hello everybody, I've got a little question about a sitemap I have. In the google help programs I've added a sitemap, which has been 'checked' by Google, and it's marked as okay. It also has detected the number of URLs, but... It's been added for a while now and none of the URLs are indexed yet...
