Smile can I use your Domain Name?

Hello,

I have a question about domain names, if I want to use a domain name like example.com an that company sells chairs for example ; that domain name is a registered trademark; but I decide to use exhample.com and sell chairs too. I mean, I am adding the letter "H" but when you pronounce that name it sounds like example.com.

Can i use it in that way? or not?

Please advise
many thanks
