Moniker Support Not Working

I initiated a domain transfer today, and I guess enom didn't unlock the names quick enough, so the transfer failed. So i double checked the Authorization numbers and went to use the Moniker Help Center. It won't load on FireFox. I used IE, it loaded but I couldn't log in to use the support system....
