Okay, I'm getting tired of the anonymous e-mails from interested buyers using g-mail, hotmail, etc. It's very difficult trying to determine who is really behind the inquiry. It could be joe-shmo with a low ball offer or a company like Marriot Corporation (thsi really happened to me!) looking to get...
