Where is NAMECHEAP?

I have a domain name at namecheap that i cant access! I can not access my account and although I have given their "support" chat person all the info she wants NOW she is asking for a transaction ID. I don't have that, I have no way to get it! I can not believe I need a TRANSACTION ID to get access...
