I'm confused... Domain name banned from google?

I ran a google ban checker tool and it says that there are no results in google for my domain, therefore it is likely banned. The domain is RichmondVirginiaLawyer.com I looked it up on web.archive.org and it shows mucho activity up to 2008, then it was just parked with GoDaddy for 2 years,...
