importing or invoking C library functions (user library) using embedded scripts

hello I wanted to know which embedded script: i) Python-on-a-chip ii) AngelScript iii)Pawn allows importing or invoking of C library (user defined) functions. If more than one of these allow, which one is better? Thank you
