why does EuroDns keep going down ?

this is the second time i am posting regarding down times with eurodns, first i notice my domain's are not accessible as they are using eurodns name servers. second, eurodns.com doesn't load at all. this happened shortly after my purchase last year, and experiencing again today ! why do...
