TDNAM Buyer Wants to Back Out

After a couple of low-ball bids a buyer at TDNAM offered a $500 counter-offer for a domain which I accepted. He also left his email for me to contact him about other domains. Now he says he didn't really want to bid and only put that 500 in so he could contact me and didnt think I would have...
