Auto posting Tweets from website content?

Has anyone heard of or have any experience with the ability to having your website auto tweet a post? Example. I have a coupon website and I would like my site to auto post a tweet taking from the header of the offer. e.g. Buy one get one free pizzas. I would like this to automaticaly happen...
