Top Domain Listing

OK, so i am fortunate enough to get a domain into Top Domain Listings at SEDO, now they want me to put it into auction next month. Is this how it goes? I actually wanted it listed for sale by negotiation over a period of time, not pushed into an auction. Is there a choice?
