Email apparently from registrar

I may still be a newbie, but but I'm not raw enough to send *Domain Services* *47-47 36th Street #16452 Long Island City, NY 11101 United States of America *anything between $75 and $295 to renew a domain name I have with Register.com, as requested in the email I received from them...
