I have Roadrunner Turbo (15) mb download. My pc is currently getting about 8.9. My wife has a Toshiba laptop about 6 years old and her download speed is about 3.5 to 4 mb. Is it possible her network card is out of date and needs replaced to work correctly with our newer linksys router or is it...
