Quick Advise and Suggestions needed. Reward offered :)

I have an offline buyer for my funeralundertakers.com domain on hand and ive asked him to offer. He obviously refuses and wants me to break the ice. Any idea what I should go in with? I obviously want as much out of this as possible. I will even donate to the person via paypal if this advise...
