sedo offer for com, i have the co not the com

Well, confusion reigns supreme. I have received a sedo offer for a domain name dot com which is very nice, except i have the dot co, not the com. Wonder if this is the start of mega problems with dot co's or if sedo has got its knickers in a twist and it is for the co?
