bank told me wrong info

I called my bank to get wire instructions for a buyer a while ago. Who knows if he really tried to pay, maybe did. Turns out the stupid people at the bank don't even know how to wire money in. They acted all knowing and turns out when I called hq of the bank they told me how to wire money into...
