Question on .us drop time - Name catch shows 8/18/2010

homestead.us for example... should have dropped 18 minutes ago if I'm not mistaken. Doesn't make sense... they usually drop at midnight from what I can recall. Snap names shows to order by 10 a.m. I'm puzzled.
