In the new interface of Webmaster tool, I have noticed something that I believe wasn't there on the old interface: You can let Google know when you move your site to a new domain ---Quote--- Change of address If you're planning to move your site to a new domain, use the Change of Address tool to tell Google about your new URL. Add your new site to Webmaster Tools Make sure you have added and verified your new domain. 4.
