Newbie question about Bing search

Just have a few questions, I am new to all this and doing a lot of reading and learning a lot, but I am sure you experts can answer this easily for me. When I search on bing for my site it shows in the search uk but not if I search all, why is this? and how can I get it so it is found on all. ...
