How to redo the same code using structs

This is the code that i have, my project is to do this exact code, but with structs. I'm obviously very shaky on the structs concepts, however, i really need to get this assignment done. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated! <div class="codeblock"> <div class="spaced">
