Suggestion on free software's on building games

Hi i'm a computer student searching for a software to make a game. i've googled and found severals but not many are free. *What im searching* for is a software that resembles GameMaker or any RPG games ie Pokemon Red,Interactive Children Games that is easy to use and can be ready in five days...
