Google is not showing any of the links..But yahoo does y?

Hi friends, am really disappointed..very much..from days am doing link creation and letting out jobs for backlink creation and directory submissions for the site http://www.newgenresoft.com But till now when am checking for the number of backlinks in google its showing zero..But in yahoo its...
