Namespace conflicts

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, but I have been trying to compile some example code from Game Coding Complete 3rd Ed.. The project uses LuaPlus for scripting and it also makes use of the Boost Library. Both of these seem to have a namespace name detail, and they are conflicting...
