Selling a domain name and website.

I have a question regarding selling a domain name along with a website. What is the best way to do it? I build sites with DreamWeaver and Fireworks. Do I send the buyer the domain name, all files, and all html documents and they have to get their own hosting? Or do I simply provide the buyer...
