Paypal is getting on my nerves. I mean I have withdrawn more than 1,000 EURO using their service and now they ask me for a copy of my government id and a copy of a utility bill. How can I trust them to give them these? In my country ( Romania ) only the POLICE, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE or the SCHOOL...
