This week Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) formally appealed the judge’s ruling that MS Word application violates the patent 5,787,449 held by i4i. Microsoft was forced by last weeks ruling that Microsoft must stop selling MS Word in the U.S. containing the patented customized XML tool in the next 60 days....
