I think Hostgator has services in UK. They also have servers physically located in Europe as well. But I think it would be best if you can verify this with them yourself.

Hi, I think instead of using the shared hosting you should have to go for cloud hosting which are more reliable and secured. I personally used the cloud service from the one of the best amazon web services alternatives, Stratoscale and seriously I am have never got any problem from their end.
