No more PayPal on GoDaddy new regs?

Hello guys. Something strange is happening. I'm trying to hand reg two domain names (.com and .info) but at the checkout page i can only choose to pay with credit card, check or gift card. Does GoDaddy remove PayPal between payment methods or something strange is happening only on my account?
