Domain sale transfer

I sold a domain on Sedo awhile back for mid XXX. I still have not received a transfer request from the buyer. Have you ever had this problem? I know the buyer is new to the domain industry as they emailed me before the sale and said as much. Frustrating as I would like to get the transfer done....
