Weird Problem Related to a TDNAM domain - advice?

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased an expiring domain using TDNAM. It's a pretty nice domain, not really a category killer, but generic enough that I could see it being useful. After waiting for the requisite week that TDNAM gives to see if the previous owner renews it, it showed up in my account....
