Default Where do I find this agreement that can protect me?
I will soon enter a partnership with another company. I will provide them leads that they will use to sell their service to. I will get a comission from my partner on every deal they close with my leads. Now I need a agreement that says that they cannot use any of the infromation I provide them to...
