.info on Namecheap at very low price: temporary or fixed price?
 

I noticed namecheap.com offers .info domains for 2.99 USD. Even though I know .info isn't amongst the expensive extentions to begin with, this is still very cheap as usually I see them being sold for anything between 8 and 15 bucks. Is this offer at Namecheap their fixed price for .info domains,...
