Hi you can register domain at 9cubehosting.com here we can register domain starting at rate of $9.99 per year .But if you hosted sites with them then you can register domain at rate of $6.00 per year .They provide 24/7 customer support .I registered lot of my domain at this site.I hope it will also be the one of cheapest domain register .

always choose top domain register, because they are secure and trustworthy.
i will suggest go for NameCheap.com if no like godaddy.
