Need some advice
 

So I wrote around 10 or so ebooks for a client and long story short they never ended up paying me. They owe me $150 USD. They live in Asia and I live in Canada. Can I get my money through a PayPal dispute or something? Or does PayPal not deal with content and writing services? Thanks, CWS
