Anyone Tried HESK Support Help Desk Script?

Hey ... I recently downloaded this support desk software script called HESK. But before I install it on my site, would like to ask around if you guys have any experience using it. Any bugs? Installation problems etc? Regards Vika

I have used the iKode Help Desk X for a long time and work well. Now the cloud-based help desk platform,2help.biz was released! It attests to Software-as-a-Service(SaaS). I will have a free trial.
