HI if you want to register your domain along with whois privacy .Then i will refer you to approach XnYnZ.com here they render private registration service at reasonable .If you are satisfied with their deal then transfer your domain to them .Then do whois search for your website name using sites like WhoisXY.com to check that whether your details are hid or not .

Well, if your registrar doesn't provide who-is privacy then you can transfer your domain with Godaddy - Godaddy provides who is privacy...... what you can do is wait for 90 days, after that you can transfer the name.

If you don't want your address, or name should appear to public, then change something other, but don't keep the real name, email id or address.
