How to Know that My site is Penalised or sandboxed?
 

Hi All, I have recently Lost on approx 90% of my serps. Though the PR still remains the same. I am not sure if i have been penalised or sanboxed. Its a Blogspot. How can i figure it out? Can anyone suggest me how should i check if my site is penalised or sandboxed and remedies in both...
