Hey guys please tell me that how can we make The ot networks secure?

As I know the hardware and software dedicated to detecting or causing changes in physical processes through direct monitoring and/or control of physical devices such as valves, pumps, etc. There are some tools like scada/ics which helps in Securing OT Networks.
