Any future for domain start with "24"

Hi, I have several domains, starting with 24, such as: *24HealthCare.com* I registered 2 years ago and some days ago, a buyer contacted me to buy it for a mid xxx. I just wonder if the domain starts with this "24" become popular or not? if It is not so hot, maybe I will sell it away. Thanks
