Penalty by Google, will my domain lose PR
 

Hi i'm not sure is it the right place to post so i will just post here since i didn't see domain with PR forum anywhere i have a site that got penalty by google (When i type info:site it doesn't show anything) The question is: Will it lose google PR for sure? and how long? Is there a way...
