Moral Dilemma
 

I am not sure what do do on this issue as I know of a company that is coming up with an product release very soon that is a generic term and they DO NOT have any of the .com's regged as yet. Not sure what to do as its NOT an issue with TM or copyright as I said its a generic term. Any ideas...
