How could you tell when looking at a website that it's a well-designed one?

- Animated Backgrounds
- Use of AI powered Chatbots
- Implement Typography
- Voice Search Enabled Website
- Layout Designs, etc.

Yeah, Timbber is right, there are lots of criteria. For example, I've made a design for - it's not the ideal one, but still pretty good.
Pay attention to the functional and the color selection, it looks as a harmony. The animation is smooth and attractive. The main page is not too much loaded with text and images, thus guest is comfortable to browse it.
