Plan to start a big .tv project, but i have some basic questions before i go further

Ive got some plans to start a kinda big .tv business project. But i have some basic questions. How good does .tv rank in goggle? How can i find out how good it rank in different european countrys? Im a newb at seo and how different extension rank in different countrys, maybe it is stupid...
