Dell Dimension 3000 problem

Hello i am having a problem with my friends computer. When I boot the computer everything seems OK and the windows loading screen comes up, but then it says "Setup is being restarted" then it goes to a blue screen and says "STOP: c00002la fatal system error". There's no valuable data on it so i...
