Startup Repair "Copying Of The Folder Failed"

I have a Sony Vaio VCG-LT10E Desktop. I replaced the hard drive. I ran the recovery program but it failed. Now, everytime it attempts to boots up, it tells me it is retrieving recovery files. Then it gives me an error message, "Copying Of The Folder Failed." When I click on the message, the...
